Authorities and public institutions

Public institutions often act in an entrepreneurial manner, be it in the provision of social infrastructure, as investors in building sites or as initiators and executors of funding for private individuals and companies, etc. By acting as authority, many strategies such as climate protection and the energy transition, economic development, infrastructure development, etc. are developed. In both spheres, the strategy and resilience approach used by SRP supports the determination of demands, visions and measures as well as impact assessments and investment planning. This can contribute to a better quality of life, to economic prosperity, to the provision of available and affordable building land, to internal development or the settlement of companies as to the energy transition, to climate protection, to the reduction of land use for building land and infrastructure.
